Customer: Hi.I am getting an error when trying to open any email of EAM. I get the following error: Error occurs, the file transfer is not completed., (Error: 4).

iMonitor: I have to access C:\EAMDATA.
Customer: I wanted you to see that the agent info is stored on D:\ which is a much larger storage drive.
iMonitor: I know, but some data is in C:\EAMDATA as well.It seems because the folder name is too long, please tell me your outlook version.
Customer: Outlook 2007 on Exchange 2003.
iMonitor: All emails are in the database, I will modify the software to allow you to view the emails.Please do not delete the folder C:\EAMDATA, EAM stores some initial data in that folder.
Customer: OK, i will not.
iMonitor: If the new app is ready, I will email you the update.
Customer: So do I need to uninstall this version on the server?
iMonitor: No,just update one exe file.
Customer: Ok.Are you disconnected?
