I can't login to my eam standard server, I get a license error message.

iMonitor: Hello, How may I help you?

Customer: Hello, I can't login to my eam standard server, I get a license error message.

iMonitor: Is there a license error message when the server program startup?

Customer: Yes, as I try to log in.

iMonitor: Please go to C:\eamdata, delete imonconfig.ini, then restart EAM server program,login EAM server, and register it again with your license code.

Customer: I don't have an eamdata folder under C, i have an eam standard under program files.

iMonitor: It's a hiden folder.

Customer: Thank you, it worked.

iMonitor: You are welcome.

Customer: Thank you!
