Install IMonitor Software with McAfee VirusScan Enterprise 8.7.0i
If your Macfee do not allow you to modify the settings on the client computer, please put the exclusion on the server.

Please open McAfee VirusScan Enterprise console
and double click "Unwanted Programs Policy"
Click button "Exclusions"
Add "Keylog-IMon" to the exclusion list, and click OK.
Click OK to close other opened window.
- Please open McAfee VirusScan Enterprise 8.7.0i console
- Disable 'Access Protection', 'Buffer Overflow Protection', 'On-Delivery Email Scanner' and 'On-Access Scanner'
- Install EAM client
- Again open McAfee VirusScan Enterprise 8.7.0i console
- Double click 'On-Access Scanner' and 'On-Access Scanner Properties' window will pop up
- Click 'All Processes' on the left of window, and then click 'Exclusions' tab on the top right of window.Again click ' Exclusions...' button, 'Set Exclusions' window will pop up
- On the 'Set Exclusions' window, 'click add' button, copy below line into the field 'By name/location (can include wildcards * or ?): C:\Windows\System32\drivers\imonagent\
- When all done, restart computer.
