Control remote computer's mouse and keyboard
EAM(employee activity monitor) can take control of users' mouse and keyboard. With this function, actually EAM totally control users' computer. You can use the mouse of server computer to do anything on the users' computer. For example, you can open any user's email, view the content, delete the mail, resend the mail and even edit the email with your keyboard.
The picture below is a screenshot about controlling the user's mouse and keyboard. One of the user's emails has been opened.
The operation process: click Remote Desktop, select a user, click Remote Desktop Viewer, right click on the window of Remote Desktop Viewer, click take control. Then you have taken control of the user's mouse and keyboard.
