Temporary Allow File Transfer  


1. Select the user on agent list which you want to allow he/she temporary transfer the file.


2. Click "Computer Logs" > "File Transfer" >  "View Files"


3. Right click the target file which you allow temporary transfer.


4. Click "Stop file protection temporarily(30 mins)".


5. On the pop up "Send Instant Message" window, you can modify the file/data protection pause time, and click "OK". Then the target user can temporary transfer file during this time period.
