How to deploy EAM software on the Internet

1. iMonitor EAM is composed of three programs, server program, console program and agent program:

a. iMonitor EAM server program is for storing data and should be installed on a computer as the EAM server, which can be any windows system computer or specialized Windows server.

b. iMonitor EAM console program is for logging in console panel to connect server and start monitoring.

c. iMonitor EAM agent program should be installed on employee's computer.

2. iMonitor EAM software supports all network types:

local network, VPN, VLAN and Internet connections. But it depends on the server's IP settings, for example if the server use public Internet IP address then the client computers can be anywhere on the Internet.
