Customer: Is it that any support from you wii be end after 1 year?

iMonitor: After 1 year,if you want support and version upgrade, you have to pay 30% of the list price.

Customer: In EAM STD,can i monitor from different locations through my phone or Notebook?

iMonitor: Sorry,You can not.
