Customer: Hi,I m testing your imonitor solution and everytime I see some logs, like monitor pics or websites visited,the information starts to disappear.
iMonitor: Disappear?
Customer: Yes.

iMonitor: Sorry,the trial version won't allow you to view history logs.
Customer: I go and look for websites visited, and there is facebook, google, and others,but the second time I go there,there aren't anything.Is this normal in the trial?
iMonitor: Yes,it's normal.The trial version allows you to view the latest 100 records.
Customer: OK,thanks.And another question,if the computer that has the server installed is down,is it possible that after logining,the information for that period is still there?
iMonitor: The records are in the server database, but you can not view them with the trial version. The default DB path is C:\EAMDATA\DB.
Customer: OK.
