Although the event of the Foxconn design for iPad 2 leaked out was by,the great shock to the manager and company has been on still,which frightened lots of corporations,and meanwhile,some employees who seem not to be devoted to bosses have been fired one after another yet.

In fact,in my opinion,without much abuse in employee confidentiality,the design can't be copied away easily by external storage device and sold to cottage manufacturers.the corporation suffered a lot.

As a well-known domestic enterprises, Foxconn survives in such a major loophole in employee confidentiality yet,not to mention the large number of SMEs, and it may be worse than the Foxconn farther, showing how huge the loophole of China's enterprises in the management is.

How to solve the problem? Which is the most reliable and convenient way?

For example,if Foxconn had used Employee Monitoring Software at that time,they would have monitored all of activities harmful the company,including the design download as well as remove and have prevented leaking in time.

Of course,not only have the software one computer monitoring function but also in surfing,printing,emailing and so on.In other words,just like a set of security code for corporation,you will not worry about the event similar to Foxconn at all.
