1. Select the user in agent list

2. Click "Remote Desktop" > "Remote Desktop"

3. Click the button

4. Click to "Save screenshot" or "Take control of mouse and keyboard"

5. Tick to select the image quality

6. Tick to select the image size

7. Tick to select the image format

8. Tick to select the speed
