Customer: Hi,i need some help.

Customer: Yesterday we purchased IMonitor EAM Standard Edition 8.1 for 12 computers and we got an email with registration code and activation code.We earlier installed the trial version on a test computer and have used the purchased code on the same computer, now we want to use it on our admin computer(monitoring PC),how can we do it?
iMonitor: 1.Uninstall iMonitor EAM from the old server. 2.Install on new server. 3.Reinstall all clients.
Customer: But do we need a new registration code for that?
iMonitor: You can use the old code. We will check you registration code, if we get an error code, we will reset to normal status.
Customer: OK,thanks.
iMonitor: Please email support@imonitorsoft.com with your registration code.
Customer: Thanks,i will reinstall it on this weekend and let support know if any problem.
iMonitor: OK.
