Imonitor EAM can be used as a computer internet software for company that instantly monitor, capture, and analyze the employee computer activity including: email incoming and outcoming, chat/IM, websites visited, applications/programs accessed, web searches, file transfers and printed jobs, And all of those reports wil be saved as logs and sent to the server computer.

Snapshots

The Computer logs module in Imonitor EAM has Snapshots item which allows you to instantly view a visual picture from a user's computer, just like install a camera on the target computer. If you take snapshots at regular intervals (every XX seconds) and save them in the database for later viewing, all of these saved screenshots will be watched like a movie! Thus can give you a new experience to view a live video of your employee's work. Either they are viewing the frivolous and inappropriate websites, chatting with others or busying processing documents, all of those information can be revealed for you to see. All screenshots can be exported as image files and print them as legal proof for future investigation once you have catched the employee doing something against your company's interests.

Emails

Same as Snapshots Email also in Computer logs module of Imonitor EAM, which can filter any email or webmail sent and received. It is a useful tool to help reduce leaks of confidential information and get a better idea of employee e-mail communications. In order to open the filtered email, you first need to finish email settings in Imonitor EAM, that is to fill in the email port of incoming and outcoming (default POP3 port: 110, SMTP port :25) Captured Email Information including- Time, User, From, To, Subject, Attached File.

Internet Activities Monitoring Features

Imonitor EAM can used as a instant messaging capturing tool with chat item provided by Computer logs and Reports module in Imonitor EAM. It can record the instant messaging coversation with MSN, ICQ, AIM, Yahoo Mesenger, Tencent QQ etc. Chat in Reports module can allow you to intuitively view statistics by email sender, IM ciient and the most appeared words in chat coversation. So you may search through all messages by keywords to discover what your employees are sharing. Those instant messaging coversations can be captured when taking snapshots.

Keystroke recording

Computer logs and Reports module in Imonitor EAM have corresponding option which makes keystroke recording become possible. Keystroke recording records every key that is pressed by the user. You will see what was typed in any program, whether it's IM chat, on a website, webmail or Word. You can even capture the passwords typed in many programs and websites! All of the necessary items (User, Computer, Website/Application Name, Title and Date/Time) are recorded and available for quick searching and data filtering. Both letters/numbers and special keys are recorded and displayed in a useful, easy-to-read style in the report. You can specify a list of programs to capture keystrokes from, such as web browsers, email clients and Office apps.
